Signature Collection

Architectural legacy and vibrant Mediterranean influences

Le Castellaras

The land for this home was acquired by the original owner in 1985. They instructed renowned local architect Robert Maestracci to develop the plans. Those original plans, preserved for almost 40 years now reside in the study of the newly renovated home. It was transformed to offer open-plan living and dining space with statement features such as sweeping staircases and archways that coerce your gaze through the property. A cosy cinema room and balconies from every bedroom make this home incredibly special, not to mention the secluded garden, expansive terrace and swimming pool. The colour scheme throughout was inspired by the earthy muted tones of the region, whilst touching upon the nautical history and playfulness of the French riviera. The flow of this is felt throughout the house and makes it feel relaxing whilst cosy.
